Personal profile. Jia Ruiyun, male, Han nationality, born in Chongqing in August 1963 with his native place in Xichuan, Henan. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1985 and started work in November 1981. Mr. Jia graduated from Sichuan University of Business, majoring in business administration, and from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, majoring in business administration for higher management. He holds a master's degree as a master of business administration.
